But what is the SereniZen option for ?
Some rental contracts do not include damage and theft insurance.
In the event of a claim, your financial responsibility is not limited to an excess.
You will therefore be liable for the full cost of the repair or even the full price of the car.
The complete package (SereniPack annual + SereniZen Option) covers damage and/or theft of the rental car, up to £80,000, even if you do not have an excess.
We replace the theft & collision protection (CDW/LDW) of the rental companies.
We protect you better, for less.

What do I need to know before signing up ?
This actually depends on the rental company. Depending on the amount, you may be asked to settle the claim yourself on the spot. In this case we will reimburse you. If the rental company presents you with a bill that is too large for you to pay in advance AND the rental contract does not include an excess, please contact us directly so that we can discuss this.
The insured
The insured must be the main driver mentioned on the rental contract.
We cover up to 9 secondary drivers free of charge, provided they are mentioned on the rental contract.
The insured and secondary drivers must be between 21 and 85 years of age and their main residence must be in Metropolitan France, Reunion, Guadeloupe or Martinique.
Your contracts
The SereniZen option is only available in addition to the annual SereniPack.
Your SereniTrip insurance contract must start at the latest at the same time as the start of your rental contract, never after.
You are covered for an unlimited number of car rentals, but each rental contract must last a maximum of 62 days.
You are covered for one rental agreement at a time.
