SERENITRIP is an insurance brokerage company governed by the Insurance Code and has a financial guarantee and professional liability insurance in accordance with Articles L. 512-6 and L. 512-7 of the Insurance Code. It is placed under the control of the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) – 61 rue Taitbout – 75009 Paris – acpr.banque-france.fr.
It should be noted that SERENITRIP is an independent broker, that it does not act on behalf of any specific insurance company and that it is not financially, economically or capitalistically linked to any insurance company.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made by SERENITRIP (“the Seller” or “the Broker”) to consumers and non-professional buyers (“the Customer”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller (“the Products”) on the serenitrip.fr website.
They specify, in particular, the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of Products ordered by Customers.
The Products offered for sale on the serenitrip.fr website are the following
SereniPack annual” insurance policy: annual excess buyback in the event of damage to a rental vehicle
SereniPack daily” insurance policy: daily excess buy-back in the event of damage to a rental vehicle
SereniZen” insurance policy: damage and theft protection
The main characteristics of the insurance policies, and in particular their specifications, and indications of their implementation, are presented on the serenitrip.fr website.
The Client is required to read them before placing an order.
The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Customer must refer to the description of each Product presented on the serenitrip.fr website and detailed in the documents in order to know its properties and essential features.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including those applicable to sales through other distribution and marketing channels.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the serenitrip.fr website and shall prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
The Client declares that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and has accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before completing the order procedure.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent modifications, and the version applicable to the Customer’s purchase is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded in the Seller’s computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.

Validation of the order by the Client implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer acknowledges that he/she has the required capacity to contract and purchase the Products offered on the serenitrip.fr website.
The Products presented on the serenitrip.fr website are offered for sale to any person residing in the following territories Metropolitan France, Reunion, Martinique and Guadeloupe.
Changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are binding on users of the serenitrip.fr website as of the date they are posted online and cannot be applied to transactions concluded previously.
